Substance Abuse Prevention Program

Excessive alcohol use is a leading cause of preventable death in the United States among all adult age groups. Cigarette smoking still kills around 443,000 United States citizens a year, and at least half of state and federal inmates were active drug users at the time of their offense.


Disparities Elimination Program

This county-wide initiative was created to develop and implement a strategic plan to address health disparities that exist in Solano County's African American community.


Oral Health Program (OH)

The Children's Oral Healthcare Access Program provides preventive and restorative dental care, community outreach, oral health education, and referrals to school students, their siblings, and to children aged 0 to 5 in nearby School Readiness programs in Vallejo, CA.


Transitional Care Program (TCP)

The Transitional Care Program (TCP) provides respite housing and case management services to clients who are referred from hospitals and emergency rooms throughout Solano County, with respite houses located in Vallejo and Fairfield.
